Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations and recruitment activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department and the acquisition of top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and assist with orientation programs.
HR Operations:
  • Manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits enrollment
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee morale through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
HR Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review.
  • Identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in HR systems and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations and recruitment roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
