Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RPO Recruiter to join our team and work onsite at our client’s location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a seamless hiring process while aligning with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with TAG Team to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage recruitment data and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
