Requirement – Project Manager to manage Mainframe Projects Required Band – 8 Market – India
Location – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida / Gurgaon, Pune
Project Management Skills:
- Demonstrate effective leadership and ownership in Projects
- Demonstrate ability to outward thinking —Should have good communication skills Should be able to communicate with executive stakeholders both with Kyndryl and the Customer Should be able to perform effective Actions, Issues and Risk management.
- Should be able to lead the Project teams to drive tasks with strict timelines.
- Should be able to maintain confidence of the Customer and Kyndryl executive leadership in critical situations Should track WBS and Tasks on Microsoft Projects and present Needs to be Proactive.
- Should be able to work in pressured situations in Projects, yet maintain positive behaviour and attitude Business Time – Generally during Canada business window, may need to stretch in certain situations if needed Mainframe.
Skills required (any one or all):
- Setting up VTS for Mainframe
- Upgrading z114 to z16 at remote locations (not co-located)
- Mainframe Disaster Recovery Required: Senior Technical Project
- Manager with good communication and stakeholder management skills PM will be facing the Customer – She / He should have good presentation and relationship building skills Experience /
- Knowledge in Mainframe Storage (VTS) Experience / Knowledge in setting up Disaster Recovery for Mainframe Knowledge on inter-connectivity with DASD will have added advantage Experience / Knowledge on Mainframe networking Upgrading Mainframe z114 to z16.
