Key Responsibilities:
- Should have experience in C2H Hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions.
- Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
- Deep understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT positions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
