Key Responsibilities:
  • Should have experience in C2H Hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners.
  • Manage the hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of technical skills and requirements for IT positions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
