International Voice Process:
This role involves handling customer queries and providing solutions via phone calls to international clients, primarily in the US/UK markets. It requires excellent verbal communication skills in English and a customer-centric approach. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that supports global customers and contributes to high service standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Graduates (any stream) or 10+2 qualified candidates
  • Undergraduates with 1 year of relevant experience
  • Fresher’s with excellent communication skills are welcome
  • Working Conditions:
  • 5 Days Working
  • Rotational Week Off
  • Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts
  • 2-Way Cab Facility Provided
