Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant (SAP ABAP & Fiori) to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, OData services, PI/PO integrations, and SuccessFactors integration, with proven experience in HR and Fiorimodules. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
Please note: A strong technical candidate with experience in HR and Fiori is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
– Provide technical guidance to junior consultants and development teams.
– Act as a trusted advisor for SAP technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Company Interaction
– Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
– Provide expert recommendations and design optimal SAP solutions.
Solution Design & Development
– Lead the design and development of SAP ABAP RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces,
– Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
– Develop and enhance custom SAP Fiori applications and UI5 solutions.
– Implement and integrate OData services with SAP Fiori applications.
Integration & Data Management
– Work on SAP PI/PO for seamless system integration.
– Perform SuccessFactors integration with SAP and third-party applications.
– Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring integrity and accuracy.
Customization & Configuration
– Configure and customize SAP HR and Fiori modules as per business needs.
– Implement SAP Fiori applications from scratch and optimize system performance.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
– Oversee system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
– Ensure compliance with quality standards and SAP best practices.
Change & Upgrade Management
– Lead SAP upgrades, patches, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
– Leverage SAP HANA capabilities for performance tuning and analytics.
Training & Documentation
– Mentor and train junior consultants and developers.
– Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and developments.
Collaboration
– Work closely with SAP Basis, functional consultants, and business analysts.
– Facilitate integration of SAP Fiori applications with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• 10+ years of SAP Fiori/UI5 development and end-to-end implementation.
• Strong expertise in OData services, UI5 tools, and Fiori applications.
• Experience in SAP HR module development and integration.
• Expertise in SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration).
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA development and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of SAP Workflow development and enhancements.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP Global Certification in ABAP, Fiori, or HANA.
• Experience with Cloud Integration and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation within SAP.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for SAP.
