Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry, focusing on expanding the client base and increasing market share.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
