Location: Pune/Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Regular Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • At-least 4-8  years of experience in IT recruitment supporting the Talent Acquisition/Staffing in North America. 
  • Thorough understanding of different sourcing methods/tools. 
  • Experience in fulltime hiring is preferred. 
  • Good understanding of different work authorizations/VISAs in North America. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
  • Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations
  • Experience planning and managing networking event or projects.
  • Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics.
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
  • ATS, Portals & LinkedIn Sourcing: Utilize all the avenues available to source top talent for various roles.
  • Onsite Recruitment Support: Participate in onsite recruitment activities as needed to facilitate in-person hiring processes.  

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, particularly in dealing with stakeholders.
  • Vendor management skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the Specified Geo time zone.
  • Good understanding of different work authorizations and VISAs
  • Ability to provide market intelligence with data and metrics.
