- Location – Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Job Description:
- Monitor and maintain AS400 systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance
- Perform L1/L2 activities, Monitor the ticketing tools 24/7 and Attend the tickets within SLA by following service management process for incident and service request
- Monitor the systems 24/7 by performing health check and troubleshoot/escalate accordingly.
- Troubleshoot & Report hardware, software, and network issues related to AS400 systems.
- Assist L3 team on Hardware failures, Replication tools issues and any change requests.
- Perform system backups & support recovery and Data restore activities
- Responsible for Tape rotation and management. ( and BRMS ), Handling tape errors and initial troubleshooting of tape library errors.
- Involve and support in the disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Manage user profiles & permissions.
- Scheduling/Perform Batch job processing manually / using tools ( Control-M, Robot, AJS)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding Operations and user management.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with AS400/iSeries system as Operator.
- Proficiency in IBM i (OS/400) operating systems and associated tools.
- Experience with job scheduling, batch processing, and system automation.
- Strong understanding of AS400 concepts, including user profile management & access control and job Scheduling.
- Knowledge of CL programming and scripting for automation tasks.
- Ability to perform system backups, and support the Recovery & Disaster recovery.
