Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Development:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the IT consulting/staffing domain.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Delivery Management:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and client submissions.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of profiles.
• Ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and improve delivery processes for efficiency and quality.

Client Management:

• Understand client requirements and provide strategic consulting to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings with clients.
• Maintain and grow existing business accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Development Management or Delivery Management in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong understanding of account management principles, including client engagement, handling, and relationship-building skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in IT staffing or IT consulting services.
• Strong understanding of the IT hiring process and technical skill sets.
• Proven experience in business development and delivery management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
