Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry, focusing on expanding the client base and increasing market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with large enterprises and multinational clients.
  • Established network of contacts within the recruitment industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
