Job Description:
- DB2 Database administrator with min 5 years of experience.
- Capable of administering database objects like databases, tablespaces, tables, Indexes, Stored procedures and triggers.
- Must possess good experience in creating and maintaining housekeeping suite of utilities (Full and Incremental Image copies, Reorgs, RUNSTATS ).
- Must have a good working knowledge of SQL and be capable of querying the various catalog tables for problem determination.
- Be able to determine and resolve various database related problems.
- Knowledge of various DB2 commands and tools like DB2 Admin tool and DB2 Automation tools is mandatory.
