Roles and Responsibilities :
Design and deliver training programs focused on CCNA certification, networking principles, and system support.
Train candidates on resolving server, network, and desktop-related issues using practical, hands-on methods.
Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and lab exercises, to facilitate comprehensive learning.
Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees understanding and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with advancements in networking technologies and CCNA certification requirements.
Offer one-on-one guidance to trainees, ensuring they achieve their learning objectives.
Use clear communication and real-world examples to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on participant progress.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including CCNA certification.
Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assessments.
Proficiency in system support and troubleshooting.
2-4 years of experience in teaching or training in a similar field (networking).
