Role & responsibilities :
Train candidates to clear TOEFL exams with a strong focus on all modules (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).
Conduct Versant training sessions, analyzing candidates performance in communication, pronunciation, vocabulary, and MTI reduction.
Develop tailored training programs to address individual and batch-level needs.
Provide detailed feedback and grade scoring for communication assessments.
Enhance essay writing, story construction, and overall written communication.
Prepare training materials, practice tests, and mock sessions for TOEFL and Versant.
Track trainee progress and provide personalized coaching for skill improvement.
Facilitate VNA (Voice and Accent) training for batches of 30+ participants.
